A warrant has been issued for Pete Doherty’s arrest. The Babyshambles rocker is in trouble with police again after he failed to appear in court on Thursday.

Pete was due to enter a plea against allegations he pulled a camera from a female photographer’s neck, causing $400 of damage. This is the second time Pete has failed to appear at the magistrate’s court in Yeovil, South West England. He missed a scheduled court date last month on the same charges.

Pete, 28, is alleged to have chased press photographer Cath Mead, 22, into a shop in the town of Crewkerne and yanked the camera from her neck, damaging its lens.

Pete gave chase after Mead took a photograph of him and his then-girlfriend Irina Lazareanu.

At the time of the alleged incident, Pete was already on bail for drugs and driving offences.

He is now expected to appear before magistrates next week. Pete was jailed for 14 weeks this April for breaching his probation order. He was released in May after serving 29 days of his sentence.

The Britney Spears and KFed child custody saga has been postponed. The lawyers were supposed to be in court Tuesday morning to talk about next month’s trial over custody. A trial seems weird considering there’s a conservator ship in place and it’s not looking kosher to duke it out in custody court at this time. Tuesday’s hearing has been rescheduled for Friday though. When cases get postponed like that, it means that there’s a chance that lawyers are trying to settle out of court and buy more time. It looks like there’s hope of having a Britney Spears court date go smoothly. Who would have thought?

New controversial photos of Miley Cyrus have made it onto the web. They’re supposedly from someone who hacked into one of her email accounts. One photo shows a then 14-year old Miley dressed in a wet shirt in what looks like a public shower stall. Someone is apparently impersonating David Lee Roth all over Canada. The faux Diamond Dave first surfaced after a man suffering from an allergic reaction to nuts told two Canadian cops and paramedics that he was the famed rocker. Now, the acting Van Halen front man has been spotted at the Liquid Lounge in Hamilton, Ontario, reportedly singing a song and partying it up with who were described as two nurses from the nearby hospital. Canadian cops say that they have identified the impersonator saying that the man has scammed a lot of people and could be charged with obstruction of justice for giving a false name to cops.
