As if Britney Spears is in need of more drama right now, a Las Vegas fashion consultant is suing the pop wreck for damages in excess of $50,000 claiming that the fallen pop star stopped paying her for her services. Well that’s pretty obvious.

The lawsuit was filed on January 18 in Clark County District Court. Nancy Rosu is claiming that Brit had her buying clothes on her behalf then reimbursed her later. But in August 2007, Brit stopped paying her back. Rosu is suing for breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress and some other things. Get in line for that one.

Elle Macpherson makes a Splash

Well I hope that I will look half as good as Elle Macpherson when I reach 44. The Aussie supermodel looks fighting fit as she surfs along a Sydney beach – much to the pleasure of every man on the sand. And what man wouldn’t want to watch?

Madonna on diet to GAIN weight

We are so used to hearing about, and seeing, how thin and gorgeous all the popstars, glamour models and actresses are these days. Usually there is a story about a miracle diet or extensive surgery behind the stunning figures; and it makes us average women, who were quite happy with ourselves before, feel fat and frumpy.But now Madonna reveals that she has begun to eat porridge in a bid to GAIN weight. Apparently hubby Guy Ritchie was worried that she was looking gaunt and too thin; so Madge took advice from Sting’s wife Trudi Styler, who suggested that the healthy breakfast could improve her skin and take up to 10 years of her appearance.

Hurrah! Finally a story that doesn’t say “eat lettuce and carrots for 6 months to look fab” Curvy, healthy looking figures are much better than stick insects anyway. You go girl!

Jessica Simpson Dates Owen For Publicity?

Apparently, her relationship with John Mayer and her recent “sightings” with Owen Wilson are meant to stir up some good publicity. “When Jess last had a new album coming out, that’s when she was introduced to John. She’s got her first country album coming out, so now she’s been conveniently introduced to Owen, who is a fellow Texan. Better yet, the public is sympathetic to him.” She is a complete wreck for me and therefore Owen should not allow her anywhere near him because her wrecked status in my mind can have the negative vibe on as he clearly hasn’t fully recovered from him depression and anyone who is seeing him if not dating him for her own benefits ahead of her album release is not a good thing to happen for him, he is certainly not in a position to act as a bunny for Jessica’s profits. She is a complete airhead, and Owen is not in a position to date her when she has something entirely different matters in her head and Owen won’t be able to cope with her lifestyles.

Christina Aguilera won’t confirm pregnancy, will shop for cribs

Christina Aguilera has yet to publicly confirm her pregnancy. Of course, she doesn’t really need to when she’s constantly photographed with an increasingly large belly, and, oh yeah, shopping for cribs. Maybe she’s not confirming that she’s pregnant because she thinks it’s stupid that someone who’s obviously pregnant has to announce that she’s pregnant. Maybe she thinks that looking pregnant is announcement enough and doesn’t think (unlike most chicks, apparently) that the entire world wants to know that you’re knocked up the very instant the sperm fertilizes the egg. Most of the world doesn’t give a shit that any particular chick is pregnant. Any female who’s reached puberty (and isn’t infertile) can get pregnant, it’s not a huge accomplishment. Other thing that if she wants to shop for cribs for anything else for the matter my sincere appeal to the paparazzi are that they kindly take a step back, turn around and go looking for some better news and leave this lovely would be mom alone.

Pamela Anderson: ‘Marriage License Doesn’t Mean I’m Engaged’

Actress Pamela Anderson insists she isn’t engaged, despite successfully applying for a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday. The former Baywatch beauty made her application, which is valid for a year, with poker player Rick Salomon. Who cares….she can go back to Canada, I hear there’s a shortage of X@@##! there! Why that just because she has taken a marriage license there is such a stir and buzz about it being there.
She gets married or not whose lives are going to be effected and who is interested in her anyways. Anyone getting married to this whore must be a nerd himself and there must be some bets in Las Vegas and elsewhere on how many months will her new marriage last, remember her last marriage just last year lasted just a few months. Now there could be bets on two things, will it last more than the previous one or will it be over sooner than the previous one.

Jennifer Lopez Rocks

When Jennifer Lopez sees it fit to rock out, she goes all out… even if it’s just for a two-song set at the star-studded Fashion Rocks concert which aired last Friday.

Newsday had given rave reviews on her performance, reporting that “Jennifer Lopez was stunning with a high-concept performance of her new single ‘Do It Well,’ which played out like a Broadway musical number complete with fake paparazzi and a troupe of dancers. Then, after a bit of a struggle removing her first outfit, she delivered a remixed version of ‘Waiting for Tonight’ that seemed built for the runway with all the wind machines and strutting models.”

Halle Berry is expecting her first child.

“Yes, I am three months pregnant,” the Oscar winner told Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “Gabriel and I are beyond excited and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in my life.”

Berry, 41, and her boyfriend, 32-year-old model Gabriel Aubry, met shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles in November 2005 and first stepped out publicly three months later at the February opening of a Versace boutique in New York City.

Earlier this year, Berry told, “I definitely want children. Very much.” In terms of what kind of parent she’ll be, she said. “I want my kids to realize it’s only through hard work that any success or real joy comes. It’s not about money; it’s the intangible rewards – having integrity and doing what you say you’re going to do.”

Asked about marriage, Berry, who has been married twice, told the magazine that she had no plans to tie the knot again. “I will never, never get married again,” she said. “Actually, it’s just that now I’ve come to a place where I think two people can share their lives without the ring, without the piece of paper.”

In February, a friend of Aubry’s told about the couple: “They are so smitten.”

Actor Shia LaBeouf and pop singer Rihanna were spotted at Kate Mantilini in Beverly Hills having a romantic dinner, which ended with strawberries and champagne. What a date! Although the couple didn’t hold hands or kiss, it is still a rumor that these two are a couple or an item which is the way some magazines call the couples in Hollywood and right so coz most of these celeb couples in Hollywood are no better than an item number that’s been put in place to woo the fans towards them for a small period to gain popularity and eye balls for forth coming ventures. Shia is really getting popular and thank goodness for that Umbrella song because without it I’m sure no one would give a damn about Rihanna. These two make a weird couple. Rihanna is this huge, tall, woman with a big forehead. Everyone says how hot she is but I really just don’t see it… at all. I like Shia, though. A lot.

The Black Eyed Peas’ only singer may have sung about her lovely lady lumps but she’s showing even more lumps… on her head. Fergie was spotted wearing a hospital-style poncho, hair curlers and not so hot boxers. She was caught in between wardrobe changes for a David LaChapelle photo shoot in Hollywood earlier in the week.

Fergie was nominated for MTV’s Female Artist of the Year, along with Beyonce, Nelly Furtado, Amy Winehouse and Rihanna. Such a glamorous group that is. And after those big curlers come off, I’m sure she’d be glamorous too. If not, there’s always Photoshop and airbrushing.

Beyonce Knowles shocked fans at a performance last week when she accidentally bared her breasts on stage. The Naughty Girl was appearing at the launch of her clothing line Dereon in Toronto, Canada, when the mishap occurred - but footage of the exposure has been posted on the internet. Got it, flaunt it, accidental or not. I think she took this particular inspiration has come from none other that Janet Jackson whose accidental or purposeful show of her breast is well publicized affair. As of now I haven’t seen this particular pic but I would certainly want to see it over and over again till it becomes boring. Just another act to get publicity and nothing else! It is the latest on camera - and on-stage - embarrassment for the singer.

A post with a question mark title. A question mark because, of course, Britney Spears and Criss Angel are both denying that there is anything hairy going on. Oh, but you know there is. I can see why Criss Angel would want to deny this. He’s still hoping he can ride the money train that is Cameron Diaz. Plus, no one really wants to be linked to Britney Spears anymore. Maybe he doesn’t read magazines or blogs and has no idea that Britney Spears isn’t cool anymore? She may not have been driving, but Tracie Rice still didn’t appreciate having Lindsay Lohan all up in her grill. Rice, who says she was a passenger in the car Lohan is accused of chasing moments before being arrested last month on suspicion of driving under the influence and cocaine possession, has sued the starlet for assault, negligence and intentional affliction of emotional distress. If Lindsay wasn’t guilty as sin for the drinking and driving, I would almost feel bad for her. All these people coming out of the woodwork and trying to make a buck. Police Called To Protect Naomi Watts

New mom Naomi Watts received police protection as she went shopping on Monday as pursuing paparazzi sparked a safety scare. Watts, who gave birth to Liev Schreiber’s son last month attracted more than 30 photographers as she shopped for groceries in the Los Angeles suburb of Brentwood. We at times love the paparazzi because they are the ones who give us exclusive access to the best Hollywood celebrity happenings, but there is a clear difference that should be made between the stars and the kids. While clicking Celebs at their most funniest and superlative moments is a good job done, privacy should be upheld and if the star was out shopping with the newly born child they should have respected her privacy. But then we all know there no norms that are followed in Hollywood and breaking the rules is more than just a matter of fun to the paparazzi.

Clive Owen: I’d Never Have an Affair with a Costar

Clive Owen can boast plenty of beautiful costars – from Angelina Jolie in Beyond Borders, Julia Roberts in Closer and Jennifer Aniston in Derailed to Monica Bellucci in the upcoming Shoot ‘Em Up – but the married star says he’d never have an affair with a costar.

“I so value what I’ve got at home with my wife and kids that I’ve never f—-ed with that,” Owen, 42, tells Playboy in its September issue. “For me, that’s what it’s about.”

Owen – who has two daughters, Hannah and Eve, with wife Sarah-Jane Fenton – adds: “I’ve had some great times with actresses, but that’s in a movie. It’s a fun thing to do, but it’s not love. So I never have a problem with that.”

When it comes to making love onscreen, “Even sex scenes are very straightforward,” he says. “You’ve got things to accomplish, work to do. I find the thing to do in those situations is to just keep the atmosphere as light as possible.”

Not that his don’t-bed-the-costar rule was always in effect: the Briton says that the first girl to win his heart was “a very lovely, beautiful girl, a local girl” with whom he acted at age 17.

He also met his wife while working with her onstage. “[She] was playing Juliet to my Romeo,” in a touring production of Shakespearean plays.

Despite being called sexy by several past costars, including Jolie and Eva Mendes, the star says he has no problem with monogamy.

“My relationship is everything to me,” he says. “I’m often doing incredibly exciting plays and films, but that would mean nothing if I were floating around and didn’t have a solid family behind me. Sarah-Jane is an absolute diamond.”

Spears Investigated for Car Collision

A few days ago paparazzi cameras caught Britney Spears smacking into a parked car in a parking lot as she unsuccessfully attempted to park her Mercedes-Benz. Now it appears that she is being investigated under a hit and run because she failed to notify the owner of the car she hit according to California law. Spears hit the SUV of Kim Robard-Rifkin while trying to park her own car. She then smacked it again when opening her door to get out. Spears may now be charged with a hit and run. How does one get so lucky to have Britney Spears damage their car? If the pop star didn’t already have enough worries she now has to pay for someone’s car because of her own neglect. It was also reported that she was driving with her dog on her lap and no seatbelt on. Things are really looking bad for Britney right now. Rumours are surfacing that Kevin is seeking sole custody of the kids because she is too unstable to properly care for them. Perhaps there should be an age limit in Hollywood. These young people clearly do not have the mental capacity to handle it.

Timberlake’s Promise To Paparazzi

Pop superstar Justin Timberlake has vowed to be more accepting of the paparazzi on his forthcoming tour of Australia, insisting he has grown more comfortable with his celebrity status. The SexyBack singer last toured the country in 2004 with his then-girlfriend Cameron Diaz. If he toured the country with then girl friend Cameron and she brought him luck on that tour then he should insisit with Jessica that this time around she should accompany him for further success, which is if Jessica is still going around with him and not Mr. Evans, hahah. As for the paparazzi there is no end to their demands and even if one is camera shy then to you have to stop, pose for them or else they will blast you as arrogant in the papers instantly. This he say’s he will be nice the paparazzi and fulfill all commitments and honor their wishes, oh la la is it pay back time for Justin as he knows he will not be received well in Australia and is making amends before he reaches there.

There is absolutely no stopping Britney Spears. She’s a train wreck and a half yet she still wants to party and make herself look even more like an ass.

The hot mess of the year hit up hotspot Winston’s in West Hollywood this past Tuesday night and came out looking stoned. Can she look any worse for wear? Oh wait, yeah she can.

Not that she had much appeal to me to begin with, but she lost whatever’s left of it if you ask me. Does she even have any fans left? I’m curious like you can’t even imagine. Why would anyone still treat her as some idol or something?

Charlie Sheen Wants to Block Calls from Denise

Actor Charlie Sheen is going back to court to take on his ex actress Denise Richards once again. Now he wants to prevent her from being able to call him any time that she likes. He also wants to pick apart custody terms for the children he shares with Denise. Sheen has explained after an appearance on Entertainment Tonight that he doesn’t want her calling constantly when he has the kids. It looks like this couple is still struggling to put their petty immaturity aside and focus on the kids for once. Its couples like this that tend to use the kids as a means of power and leverage over the other. It’s never really about the well being of the kids. Sheen is already engaged to his new girlfriend Brooke Mueller although I don’t see that lasting any longer than any of his previous relationships.

Oh please, you really are gorgeous, but I doubt at your age the breasts are still upright and perky, c’mon girl, all of us at your age know this. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s unexpected midnight visit to flashbulb capital Saint-Tropez kicked off what one veteran paparazzo dubbed “a genuine photo-riot.” The couple drew crowds Friday night in a scene that VIP Room clubowner Jean Roch calls “crazy, crazy, crazy. It was an amazing surprise. So it looks like the photographers in Saint-Tropez had never seen the couple before that they broke out into frenzy at mid night. Holmes, wearing a light-weight black dress embroidered with ruby-colored stones, and a jeans-clad Cruise appeared relaxed and friendly with the surprised photographers outside. This is what we can call as night duty waiting for these high profile celebrities. Thankfully they were not accompanied by the kid or else there would have been an even bigger barrage of photographers clicking their cameras wildly at the couple and the troop.

Pamela Anderson has consigned her acting career to the history books - because she prefers her new job as a magician’s assistant. The former Baywatch babe voiced her plans to quit Hollywood in a recent posting on her website, revealing she loves her “glamorous” role alongside illusionist Hans Klok so much, she’s signed up to stay on at his Las Vegas magic show until the end of the year. Saw her on late night with craig fergueson and she was all over this Hans Klok dude. As soon as the affair/magic is over she will be back to making history with her famous TV and movie career. She’s obviously fancying him at the moment and has no worries about missing out on some of her acting opportunities on TV and in Hollywood and the moment, but once she’s over him with this she will be right back where she belongs. She is the sexiest woman that is there today and who ever claims that Jessica Biel and the others are sexier just haven’t had a nice close look at her. Time for that overdue spectacle change!

Eddie Murphy concedes fathering spice girl baby

Actor-comedian Eddie Murphy publicly acknowledged on Friday having fathered a child out of wedlock with Spice Girls singer Melanie Brown, who brought a paternity suit against him earlier this week.

A brief statement issued by Murphy’s publicist said the 46-year-old star of “Dreamgirls” and the “Beverly Hills Cop” movies “always has and will continue to honor his responsibilities as a father.”

“Mr. Murphy and Ms. Brown dated very briefly and never made any plans of ANY sort,” the statement said. “He acknowledges paternity of the child Angel, and has paid child support to Ms. Brown as well as covering the expenses of her pregnancy.”

The statement concluded by saying Murphy “views this as a private matter, and as such, will not be making any further comments about it.”

Murphy had never publicly acknowledged paternity before.

Brown filed suit against Murphy in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, seeking to legally establish his paternity and seeking unspecified child support for the 3-month-old girl.

A DNA test in June confirmed that Murphy is the father of Brown’s baby, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, who was born in April. The couple dated last year and Brown, 32, known as Scary Spice as a member of the British pop phenomenon, listed Murphy as the father on the child’s birth certificate.

Celebrity magazines reported this week that Murphy had become engaged to his girlfriend of 10 months, Tracey Edmonds. Murphy has five children from his first marriage to Nicole Mitchell, which ended in divorce in April 2006.

The Spice Girls announced in June they would be reuniting for a world tour starting in December.

What does one do when there’s nothing to do and the pockets full of cash, well simple, go out and shop till you drop. That’s exactly what R&B singer Songstress Rihanna was seen along Robertson Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Ca. in clutches chasing her blues with some retail therapy. Means that shopping is such a good stress buster that even if you are on clutches and go the Rihanna for some stress busting advice, all she will tell you to do is take a cab and ask him to leave you at a shopping centre. A two hour therapy and you will be rejuvenated and feel better. These star singers are shopping freaks, with all that money there nothing else that they can figure out. The 19-year-old singing sensation from Barbados topped music charts this summer with her first single with Jay-Z called Umbrella.

Mena Suvari has shaved her head! The American Beauty star was having lunch at the Newsroom Restaurant in Beverley Hills today and was photographed with a freshly shaved head. Wonder what her inspiration was? Whatever it was, I think it’s a little weird and I’m not a big fan of the bald look. But all-in-all, she still looks pretty cute. Shaven head looks fine on men who have gone naturally bald because of hair loss, but when have them on the head then there are many hair dos that you can sport to look graceful and elegant. Anyways, who can stop these celebs from their urge to look different because all of them wanted to get noticed in a world where celebs are just all over the place doing all the bizarre things just to get themselves clicked and reported for their hell raising adventures.
