Lindsay Lohan’s Dad won’t give her away

Lindsay Lohan’s father won’t give her away if she marries girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Michael Lohan – who claims he hasn’t been told about plans for Lindsay to marry DJ Samantha later this year – doubts he will be involved in the ceremony if his daughter does tie the knot.

He said: “I haven’t heard anything about an upcoming wedding from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle. She knows about my Christian faith - she just wouldn’t ask.”

Michael insists he does support Lindsay’s relationship with Samantha and simply wants her to live a joyful life.

He added: “I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path. If I discuss her relationship, I say that I want her to be happy.”

Last week, it was claimed Lindsay and Samantha were planning to exchange vows at a private Los Angeles ceremony. It is believed the nuptials could take place in November around the same time Lindsay releases her new album ‘Spirit in the Dark’.

The 22-year-old star has reportedly bought a white Chanel mini-dress for the ceremony, while Samantha - the sister of super-producer Mark Ronson - is said to be toying with the idea of wearing a black trouser suit and top hat.

According to an insider the big wedding is “going to be held in New York City in the next six weeks. Picture a wedding on the scale of Liza Minnelli’s (to David Gest) and you’ll be on the right track.” The source adds that “She wants over 2,000 guests and the budget will be well over $4 million and she’ll have at least 14 bridesmaids.” What’s the point of having a small wedding when she’s going to have a big one anyway?

He has dated some of the most beautiful women in the world but gorgeous actress Jessica Biel has finally tamed Justin Timberlake. I hear he will soon be proposing and has already started looking at potential wedding venues — or in his case, islands.

The two have been dating since January last year and rumours are rife they may already be planning a family. One source said Jessica has not been drinking recently, sparking pregnancy rumours. They added: “Justin is 27 and thinking about marriage and kids. For the first time in his life he is feeling settled and has definitely decided to pop the question to Jessica. His friend added: “Although Justin has lived his whole life in the public eye, he feels his wedding is the one day that should remain private. To get all his close friends and family to Mustique will cost a fortune. But he can’t put a price on how he feels about Jessica. Then there are the rumours about a baby being on the way.”

Mariah Carey has confirmed she is married. The ‘Touch My Body’ singer admits she has never been happier since tying the knot with rapper Nick Cannon on April 30.

Mariah, who met Nick while shooting the video for her new single ‘Bye Bye’ six weeks ago - said: “We really do feel we are soulmates. I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me!”

The US magazine, People, has exclusive photos of Mariah, 38, and Nick, 27, marrying at sunset on her Bahamas estate. The pop superstar wore a traditional white gown and veil, while Nick complemented her outfit in a smart white suit and tie.

He praised his new wife, saying: “She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside.”

It has also been revealed the couple have had matching tattoos to celebrate their love for each other.

Mariah and Nick aren’t the only celebrity couple to get married in secret. Last month, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z tied the knot at his New York apartment in front of friends and family.

People is reporting that Beyonce and Jay-Z have filed a marriage license in Scarsdale Village, New York on Tuesday. The source says the document is only valid for 60 days. That means they only have 60 days to make it legit! Another source says that they’re getting married this Friday! Oh how exciting! The couple has been dating for around 6 years now. Neither reps for the two have confirmed anything though.

First it was Marc Anthony’s ex Dayanara Torres and then it was Jennifer Lopez’s ex Cris Judd. Let’s not forget the countless media outlets who have reported it. Now, Roberto Cavalli has joined the band wagon and has spoken out publicly about the Latin singer’s pregnancy.

We all know that JLo still hasn’t confirmed it and has even denied her pregnancy despite the obvious bulge of her tummy.

Cavalli is responsible for designing the outfits for the couple’s current tour and at an event in NYC on Tuesday, he spilled the beans. “Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby. It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger.”

Christina Aguilera won’t confirm pregnancy, will shop for cribs

Christina Aguilera has yet to publicly confirm her pregnancy. Of course, she doesn’t really need to when she’s constantly photographed with an increasingly large belly, and, oh yeah, shopping for cribs. Maybe she’s not confirming that she’s pregnant because she thinks it’s stupid that someone who’s obviously pregnant has to announce that she’s pregnant. Maybe she thinks that looking pregnant is announcement enough and doesn’t think (unlike most chicks, apparently) that the entire world wants to know that you’re knocked up the very instant the sperm fertilizes the egg. Most of the world doesn’t give a shit that any particular chick is pregnant. Any female who’s reached puberty (and isn’t infertile) can get pregnant, it’s not a huge accomplishment. Other thing that if she wants to shop for cribs for anything else for the matter my sincere appeal to the paparazzi are that they kindly take a step back, turn around and go looking for some better news and leave this lovely would be mom alone.

Britney Spears Pulled Over By Police… Again

Britney WHO?! I can’t believe that she would think anyone could possibly give her any sympathy! If the courts are honest and do the right thing, she should never be allowed to see her children until she decides to grow up and act responsible as an adult. If I had a teenage daughter, I would discourage her from even listening to her music. When is all the immaturity going to stop? When she hurts or kills someone? Please someone put her in her place and teach her a lesson that she shall never forget like taking her kids indefinitely. We need to quit focusing on her ignorant self and focus on things that really matter. Look at our world and the mess it is in. Maybe Ms. Spears should take a trip to Iran or Kuwait (sp) and see what life is really about. Maybe she would take her kids’ life and well being more serious and want to cherish every moment and not put herself and those innocent children in harms way. My advice to you Britney is to get a real job and then a real life. See how hard it is to make it on very little and maybe you would appreciate the finer things a little bit more.

Troubled singer Britney Spears shocked onlookers by launching into a bizarre outburst in court on Friday. The singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline were appearing at Los Angeles Superior Court early on Friday afternoon to testify at the latest hearing in the custody battle over their two children. The poor girl needs a break from her life. It’s tough to be Britney Spears. Everybody has a comment; if she was this or if she was that. OMG she’s ran over another a foot. There she is at bar, She showed her muff again. She is single you know, it does pay to advertise. But seriously perhaps the press should stop looking up her skirt for a payday photo. Besides, from that angle you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. It is the polite and proper thing to do is not look. At least that’s what my mama told me. Actress Pamela Anderson insists she isn’t engaged, despite successfully applying for a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday. The former Baywatch beauty made her application, which is valid for a year, with poker player Rick Salomon. Who cares….she can go back to Canada, I hear there’s a shortage of X@@##! there! Why that just because she has taken a marriage license there is such a stir and buzz about it being there.
She gets married or not whose lives are going to be effected and who is interested in her anyways. Anyone getting married to this whore must be a nerd himself and there must be some bets in Las Vegas and elsewhere on how many months will her new marriage last, remember her last marriage just last year lasted just a few months. Now there could be bets on two things, will it last more than the previous one or will it be over sooner than the previous one.

Joel Madden Says He Will Marry Nicole Richie

Joel Madden says there is no need to worry – marriage to Nicole Richie is all part of the master plan.

“Obviously, marriage is in our future,” Madden told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday. “I don’t know when or where or how, but right now our priority is our family and is the baby.”

The singer added: “That’s all we’ve been thinking about. We are in love and are really happy.”

Richie, 25, and Madden, 28, first announced on Good Morning America in late July that they are to become parents. “Yes I am. We are. I’m almost four months,” Richie told the show’s Diane Sawyer. The couple has been dating since earlier this year.

Meanwhile, the Good Charlotte frontman is not shy about his enthusiasm for impending fatherhood. “I’m excited. We are all really excited about it,” he told Seacrest. “Its the best thing that has ever happened to us. It’s awesome.”

Do they know if it is a boy or a girl? “No, we are waiting. We don’t even know. So right now it’s an it. Which sounds wrong. We call it the baby. When we talk to it, it’s a you,” Madden said.

Madden revealed that the baby has already started kicking, and the couple is getting everything ready, including the nursery. “We’ve started it’,” he said. “I already went to Target and got a stroller and a playpen.”

Brother Benji Madden chimed in to say how impressed he is with the couple: “They are doing really good. They always know what stage they are at.”
