A glowing Madonna and hubby Guy Ritchie were seen just as they made their way out of the Queen of Pop’s 50th birthday celebration last weekend in London. The singer and her man partied it up at hotspot Volstead. Guy is said to have hired top graffiti artist Bansky to create a $900,000 portrait of Madonna to mark her milestone birthday. That’s one very hefty payment for the art that usually gets someone arrested. There. She’s 50 years old. Now, let the tour begin! The party doesn’t stop until everyone’s dead on the floor. She doesn’t look a day over 30 anyway. Oh the wonders of botox.

Madonna is Sick

Take this with a grain of salt as an insider revealed to UK’s The Sun that Madonna is sick. Apparently, the Queen of Pop has been diagnosed with anemia because she hasn’t been taking care of herself. The source claims “Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable. She’s down physically and mentally. The situation with Guy is very, very tense. The way the press are going crazy with the A-Rod story, her brother’s book and her physical exhaustion are all taking their toll. Family tension with her father and two of her other siblings has also been awkward… She has been feeling low and looking really gaunt. Madonna was told to go soft on work and rehearsals, so she will now take one proper day off every week and go easy in the mornings. She has a blood an

alysis done every few days — including one during last Friday’s rehearsal in front of everyone.”

Miley Cyrus is Madonna

Most of us would probably have a hard time trying to find something nice to say about Miley Cyrus but set Bret Ratner apart from the pack. The director of ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’, the executive producer of ‘Prison Break’ and the director of Miley’s video for ‘7 Things’ told E! “Where a lot of other artists are nervous or they’re primping, you know, Madonna walks on and is casual; cameras are on her and then all of the sudden, wow! Same thing with Miley. She’s hanging out, she’s telling the jokes, she’s laughing, she’s signing an autograph. Camera goes on her and she was just unbelievable. She’s just a hard worker. She knows what her job is; she came and gave me 200 percent.”

Madonna and Guy Out and About

Amidst rumors of a divorce and infidelity, Madonna and Guy Ritchie were spotted as they arrived for dinner together at Cesca Restaurant in New York City on Tuesday. The director reportedly arrived in New York at the end of June to have a talk with the Queen of Pop about their marital issues. Maybe this was just a publicity stunt to get us to think that there’s really no truth to the rumors. Apparently, when they were out and about, Guy wasn’t even wearing a ring. Maybe they had dinner just to talk about how they were going to go about the divorce.

Guy Ritchie calls Police to save marriage with Madonna

Glum Guy Ritchie has been comforted over his rocky marriage to Madonna by the couple’s showbiz pals Sting and Trudie Styler.

Guy is believed to have spent several nights at Police frontman Sting’s sprawling country estate. And he has been spotted with the singer’s wife Trudie at a nearby pub.

Local Sandra Peacock said: “They were drinking what looked like shandy, and were talking in hushed tones. Guy looked upset and Trudie appeared to be comforting him. They had a couple of drinks and were talking for ages. It looked quite serious stuff.”

It was Sting, 56, and Trudie, 53, who introduced Madonna to Guy at a dinner party at their house in London in 1998. They were guests of honour when the couple wed in a Scottish castle two years later.

Film director Guy, 39, and pop queen Madonna, 49, have often visited the couple in Great Durnsord, Wilts – seeing the mansion as a sanctuary because of its seclusion and 24-hour security.

Their seven-year marriage is in crisis over homesick Madonna’s desire to return permanently to New York. She is currently in the city, renovating a huge apartment and rehearsing for a US tour.

Guy is said to want to remain in Britain, seeing it as a better environment for their three kids. He is set to fly out to New York for last-ditch talks. Both Guy and Madonna are believed to have already consulted lawyers.

Madonna’s royal connection

No wonder Madonna was so keen to become a Brit. The US pop superstar may be related to Prince Charles, according to information released this week.

Family tree site ancestry.co.uk has revealed a link between Madonna, Charles, Celine Dion and the Duchess of Cornwall. All people have a link to a French carpenter called Zacharie Cloutier who lived in the 17th century.

Zacharie settled in New France, Quebec in 1634, the records show, hence starting the Canadian lineage to Celine Dion. The family went became one of the most influential families in Canada.

The link now between Charles, Camilla, Madonna and Celine Dion is extremely distant. Zacharie Cloutier is estimated to have more than 11,000 people today linking back to him.

In a statement, the website’s spokesman Simon Harper says, “The fact that Camilla and Madonna are related, however distantly, highlights the truly unpredictable and entertaining nature of family history research.”

Madonna on Plastic Surgery

Madonna is obviously one of the hottest 50 year old women to ever grace the planet earth. It’s the type of beauty that everyone assumes isn’t natural but would still like to be confirmed. The Queen of Pop does so (sort of) in the new issue of Elle UK by saying “I’m not against plastic surgery, I’m just against discussing it.” Well that’s a way to have people shut up with the questions. At least she’s not one of those people who say that they’re completely against plastic surgery but have several jobs done every year. If that’s all the admission we’ll get, we’ll take it.

Madonna Gets Intimate with Elle

Madonna is still all over the place as she now takes the cover of the May issue of UK’s Elle. In the accompanying interview, she talks about her kids, why she married director Guy Ritchie and about some of the songs she wrote with him in mind. The Queen of Pop gets really intimate with the magazine on some parts of the interview. Here’s something you might not want to know but I’d still tell you anyway – Madonna said that “Sex with Guy is incredible!” Can someone say “too much information”? But let me guess – with all that working out she does, I bet Madonna likes it on top. I can feel the dominatrix vibe.

Madonna is a Muscle Woman

Madonna was spotted as she returns home from her London gym on Monday. Look at those bulging biceps! Considering that it seems that she spends all her down time at the gym, who would be surprised at that? Anyway, the Queen of Pop is rumored to be itching to reignite her movie career by starring in a remake of the Hollywood classic ‘Casablanca’. Thankfully, her reps say that the tidbit is nothing but a rumor. I love Madonna really, but I’d rather she not touch back on the movies – especially if it’s a real big classic that no one wants to ruin.

Madonna on diet to GAIN weight

We are so used to hearing about, and seeing, how thin and gorgeous all the popstars, glamour models and actresses are these days. Usually there is a story about a miracle diet or extensive surgery behind the stunning figures; and it makes us average women, who were quite happy with ourselves before, feel fat and frumpy.But now Madonna reveals that she has begun to eat porridge in a bid to GAIN weight. Apparently hubby Guy Ritchie was worried that she was looking gaunt and too thin; so Madge took advice from Sting’s wife Trudi Styler, who suggested that the healthy breakfast could improve her skin and take up to 10 years of her appearance.

Hurrah! Finally a story that doesn’t say “eat lettuce and carrots for 6 months to look fab” Curvy, healthy looking figures are much better than stick insects anyway. You go girl!
