Lindsay Lohan’s Dad won’t give her away

Lindsay Lohan’s father won’t give her away if she marries girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Michael Lohan – who claims he hasn’t been told about plans for Lindsay to marry DJ Samantha later this year – doubts he will be involved in the ceremony if his daughter does tie the knot.

He said: “I haven’t heard anything about an upcoming wedding from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle. She knows about my Christian faith - she just wouldn’t ask.”

Michael insists he does support Lindsay’s relationship with Samantha and simply wants her to live a joyful life.

He added: “I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path. If I discuss her relationship, I say that I want her to be happy.”

Last week, it was claimed Lindsay and Samantha were planning to exchange vows at a private Los Angeles ceremony. It is believed the nuptials could take place in November around the same time Lindsay releases her new album ‘Spirit in the Dark’.

The 22-year-old star has reportedly bought a white Chanel mini-dress for the ceremony, while Samantha - the sister of super-producer Mark Ronson - is said to be toying with the idea of wearing a black trouser suit and top hat.

Li-Lo Flirty with ex

Lindsay Lohan has been receiving flirty text messages from her ex-boyfriend. The ‘Mean Girls’ actress – who is rumored to be in a lesbian relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson – dated model Calum Best last year and friends say he is desperate to rekindle their relationship.

A source close to Calum – who is in Los Angeles to film his new reality TV show ‘Calum: The Best Is Yet To Come’, which sees the renowned womanizer try to stay celibate for 50 days – said: “Calum can’t wait to see Lindsay – whenever they meet they always seem to get on.”

Lindsay is also believed to be keen to meet Calum – who is the son of late soccer legend George Best – as she still has a soft spot for him. The source added: “Lindsay couldn’t get enough of his bedroom antics.”

Last year, it was claimed Calum had dumped Lindsay because he didn’t like her being sober, following her stint in rehab for drink and drug addiction. A source said at the time: “Calum called Lindsay and said he was finding her post-rehab existence dull and that he didn’t want to give up partying. He loves Lindsay but he’s simply not in the same place anymore.”

After a plethora of pics immerged showing Lindsay in some “secret” rendevous with “friend” Samantha Ronson, it seems she’s back to boys.

Lindsay Lohan has posed nude as Marilyn Monroe in a sensational new photo shoot.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star was “comfortable” shedding her clothes to recreate the famous ‘Last Sitting’ shots of Marilyn, taken by photographer Bert Stern just six weeks before she died of a drugs overdose.

Lindsay said: “I didn’t have to put much thought into it. Working with Bert Stern on a Marilyn Monroe shoot was really an honour. When is that ever going to come up again? I wanted to portray the look and get it point-on as much as I could, to bring it back to life. I was comfortable with it, the nudity and everything.”

In the shots, Lindsay wears a peroxide blonde wig and winged eyeliner, and is seen posing with a series of see-through chiffon scarves, a diamond necklace and sprawled naked on a bed. The 21-year-old actress - who confessed she panicked and did 250 stomach crunches the night before the shoot in a bid to get her stomach as flat as possible - revealed she has always been a big fan of the iconic star.

She said: “If you saw my house, I have a lot of Marilyn stuff. I’ve got this painting of her in my house. It’s eerie because it’s a picture and it’s kind of cartoony, and there’s a big bottle of pills next to her, and they’ve fallen over.”

Photographer Bert Stern, who originally photographed Marilyn 46 years ago, added: “It was very similar, déjà vu you might say, like revisiting an old street.”

Now that people hardly think of Britney Spears as the Princess of Pop, it looks like Lindsay Lohan is shaping up to take over the tarnished throne. Apparently, Lindsay is going to give her music career another try. She has already been rumored to be working with Beyonce’s hit maker Ne-Yo on her upcoming album. He confirmed as such when he was asked about in on the red carpet at the Grammy’s this Sunday. Was he actually proud of that? This has the potential of ruining Ne-Yo’s career and credibility. 50 Cent is also rumored to be collaborating with the actress and occasional singer.

Lindsay Lohan goes to the darkside

Lindsay Lohan was pictured sporting a new look over the weekend with newly dyed dark hair.

A few weeks ago we saw the Mean Girls actress wearing a brunette wig in Santa Monica. But, now she’s taken the plunge and made the look more permanent.

The former wildchild had a busy weekend kicking off with an appearance at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party in Beverly Hills.

And the following day she was out shopping in Rodeo Drive with friends and enjoying another night out at II Sole restaurant in Hollywood.

Lindsay is now teetotal after a stint in rehab, so let’s hope it was only her barnet that went to the darkside.

Lohan’s Italian speaks out

After reporting that Lindsay Lohan managed to bag not one, but three Italians in less than 24 hours; we can now reveal more about her antics in Capri.

The first of her accomplishments was with a waiter by the name of Alessandro Di Nunzio. Turns out he is not just a waiter; he is a drummer for an up and coming Italian rock band. And it wasn’t just a snog Lindsay enjoyed with him.

Alessandro has spoken out about how Lindsay invited him to a gala dinner, and then took him back to her hotel room for a night of passionate sex. He mentions that she seemed fragile to him after speaking about her problems with drugs and alcohol, but he also felt intimated to be in the presence of a naked Hollywood star.

But she broke his heart when he found out that he wasn’t the only one receiving attention that weekend. He said, “I don’t think I will see her again now that I have learned that she was seeing other guys at the same time as she was seeing me.”

Splitsville for Lohan and Giles

Lindsay checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah to seek treatment for her addiction back in August. She checked out on October 5 and had herself a new man. Enter - Riley Giles, a snowboarder.

Her dad approved of the relationship, saying, “He’s a great, great kid. If you met him, you’d like him.” He was a potential good thing in a life that was so, well, not good. Except that sources say her friends didn’t care much for him.

But sources say he’s no longer the man for Lohan. They apparently broke up over Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully that won’t send Lindsay into some sort of alcoholic rage and ruin any progress she’s made.

A friend says she did it because she’s trying to focus on her life and her career. What she did was send him running back to Utah, trying to get back together with his EX-FIANCEE!

Lindsay has been trying to make some positive changes in her life. She’s in talks with Motown to record a new album. She is set to enter the studio next week.

Lindsay, from someone who is not exactly a big fan of yours, here’s to you and trying to turn things around. But you shoulda stuck with Giles - he had something going on.

Lohan Gets Her Hair Done

Someone PLEASE explain to me why these women think that extensions are a good idea? I mean, I personally know someone who has them because she’s had chemo… but for women who AREN’T losing their hair.. it’s just unnecessary! She needs to do ANY color other than blonde. And paves does make everyone look like shit. She still looks like shit though so its not really his fault. Just kidding, she looks better than she used to, but still get rid of the blonde!!!!!!!!!!! Lohan finally took out those nappy extensions that Ken Paves did for her two weeks ago and got her roots redone. Judging from the background of the picture I’m assuming she went to a different salon, which is also probably why her hair actually looks good this time.

Lindsay Courted for Car Chase

She may not have been driving, but Tracie Rice still didn’t appreciate having Lindsay Lohan all up in her grill. Rice, who says she was a passenger in the car Lohan is accused of chasing moments before being arrested last month on suspicion of driving under the influence and cocaine possession, has sued the starlet for assault, negligence and intentional affliction of emotional distress. If Lindsay wasn’t guilty as sin for the drinking and driving, I would almost feel bad for her. All these people coming out of the woodwork and trying to make a buck. What trash and what examples they set. Absolute TRASH!!!!! Just wait for some more time and soon some for her close friends too will join the likes of Rice and try and say something sensational just to make a quick buck or two. Some jerk head will be claiming to tell the truth about the drug related problems and others about her driving under influence probs. Just don’t read them coz they are all from the same group and all have the same habits, which they will say is their way to chill out.

Minogue mistaken for a waitress

Singer Kylie Minogue was mistaken for a waitress while filming for the science friction show Doctor Who. The thirty nine year old donned a traditional black waitress uniform for a scene outside a grand 5 star hotel, when an old lady as her for a cup of tea. Ask Kylie for ‘a cup of tea’ I would have broken into laughter if I were on the sets instantly even if there was a very dramatic scene taking place. She would have been so embarrassed that the singer might have ordered for a more suitable dress or a little sultry dress so that there is no repeat of the incident again, the crew too might have broken into loud laughter but would have had to shut their mouths so as to not irk Kylie any further. Really Kylie today the way you dress is how you are thought of and if you were in a waitresses dress then there is no fault of the old lady is just wanted some tea and thought you could help her serve some tea. Next time just wear a tag behind your back saying dressed like one but not a waitress, please.

‘Drink-driving’ arrest for Lohan

US actress Lindsay Lohan has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and possession of cocaine after spending a second stint in rehab.

The 21-year-old star was pulled over by officers in Santa Monica, California. She already faces a drink-driving charge in Beverly Hills.

Ms Lohan was also charged for driving while her licence was suspended, Santa Monica police said.

The actress’s publicist was not available for comment.

In December Ms Lohan admitted she had been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for a year. A few weeks later she checked herself into a treatment centre, saying she had made a “proactive decision” to “take care” of her health.

Four months after she completed that stint in rehab she was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after she was involved in a car accident.

Ms Lohan returned to rehab and has recently been photographed wearing an alcohol tag, which was reportedly monitoring her alcohol consumption as part of her treatment.

The actress had her first hit aged 11 in The Parent Trap. She has also starred in films like Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and A Prairie Home Companion.

Lindsay Lohan has promised fans her first movie sex scene won’t be too gratuitous - she keeps her bra on. Lohan admits her mother Dina was horrified when she realized the 21-year-old would be simulating intercourse in the murder thriller I Know Who Killed Me. So this movie will have no redeeming factors… I think its funny, she hept her bra on! thats a first! Why hide her chest when everyone has already seen her behind. And ever more would have seen her without a bra, scared that her mom won’t let her in the house because some guy is watching already sitting at her place with her pictures that were not supposed to be exposed. She just out of the rehab but there’s no dirt of the journalist who just want to keep reporting about this girl, I think even if she had no movies on release the media would keep reporting about her to sell their papers and magazines. Funny who this business keeps rotating around a few hundred jerks that do not know they are a bunch of screwed up nobodies.

Lindsay’s Out of Rehab

After six weeks in the Promises rehab center Lindsay Lohan is sober and free. She checked out today with the agreement to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet on her ankle. The device is made to test the levels of ethanol that is given off through the skin. If Lindsay drinks alcohol she will give off traces of ethanol which will be monitored and sent to data collection. The press seems to really emphasize that she voluntarily agreed to this. It’s supposedly to allow her to dine and dance without the accusation that she is also drinking again. I can understand why this might be a good idea for her if it’s her good name she is worried about. I can’t help but wonder why Paris never thought of this. Most likely because then she couldn’t drink. Or maybe it just wasn’t the right fashion accessory for her. If Lindsay is legit in her efforts to change then I say all the power to her. After all, she lasted twice as long in a committed program by her own will than Hilton did in jail crying and feeling sorry for herself. It’s sad considering they are both guilty of the same crime. Maybe it’s not too late for Lindsay after all.

Lindsay Lohan and new lover Calum Best had a furious public ‘’screamfest” on Monday (May 14, 2007), it has been claimed.
The actress is said to have lost her temper with the womanizing model after he was seen flirting with several gorgeous girls behind Lindsay’s back in Cipriani Downtown on Sunday night (May 13, 2007).
The couple were overheard arguing in the Soho Grand hotel’s lobby after returning from a night out.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Calum was collecting numbers from all the models every time Lindsay’s back was turned. It sent Lindsay over the edge. The next evening they had a screamfest in their penthouse which ended up in the lobby. Lindsay was screaming about how Calum was cheating on her. Calum’s clothes were torn, and after a few minutes, they got back in the elevator and went back to their room.”
This isn’t the first time Calum has been accused of being with other women since he started dating the 20-year-old actress.
Last week, a shirtless Calum was reportedly caught in bed with another woman after asking hotel staff to restock his mini-bar at 4 a.m..
Model Sara Kova claims Calum, 26, kissed her in Bahamas nightclub Aura last Friday (May 11, 2007) and pressed his crotch against her.
Kova said: “He held my hands so my butt would be pressed against his crotch. Then he grabbed by jaw and planted a kiss. I didn’t know this guy’s name. After I came out of the bathroom, I went back to the main room, and saw this same guy kissing Lindsay Lohan.”
Lindsay’s friends don’t approve of her romance with Calum - son of late soccer legend George Best - and are begging her to dump him.
