What is it with these beautiful celebs getting the bob haircuts? Wasn’t the ridicule inflicted on Katie Holmes enough to show them that it was not a cute style? Geez.

The latest to join the craze? Hayden Panettiere. I guess in her case, we’ll blame it on the fact that she’s only 18.

Oh well. At least she has enough flow to pay for some extensions when she realizes the big mistake she made.

Lily Allen has fired off a warning shot to impressionable youngsters following her drunken shenanigans at Britain’s Glamour magazine’s Women Of The Year Awards last night – don’t end up like me.

The singer - who showed off her new pink hairdo and wore a dress featuring images of a decapitated Bambi - had to be carried out by bouncers, still clinging on to the Editor’s Special Award she won at the prestigious ceremony.

Hungover Lily is paying the price for her heavy boozing today, admitting she’s feeling “awful” after her “embarrassing” display at the London event.

She credits her brother Alfie - who was also drunk - with getting her safely tucked up in bed, telling fans on her MySpace site that she was too hammered to navigate her own way back home. She wrote: “Oh dear. Last time I wrote here, I was defending my honour and dignity, explaining my innocence and also outrage at the press for insinuating my behavior was embarrassing. This time I’m putting my hands up. I got very drunk last night, too drunk. It’s not cool getting that drunk. I feel awful and I have to thank my little brother Alf for getting me home safely.”

And Lily is hoping her wild behavior will convince children of the evils of alcohol. She added: “Kids, drink responsibly or you’ll end up looking like this - not pretty! Was quite fun though, from what I can remember. Need fry up now.”

Daddy Diddy’s kiddies’ day out

P Diddy has blown his tough-guy rap reputation right out of the water. Despite his mouthy smirk and trendy posturing, Diddy can’t hide the boy inside on a playground trip with his twin girls D’Lila and Jessie James.

And judging by the array of attractions on offer in the Beverly Hills park, it’s little wonder he decided to get involved in the action.

The twins busy themselves behind the toy wheels – but they’re far from driving daddy Diddy crazy on this fun day out for ALL the family.

Paris Hilton accused of hit and run

Blonde heirhead Paris Hilton is back in hot water with the law over another driving incident. The socialite, who was put in jail for violating her drink-driving probation last year, and Benji Madden are being investigated for an alleged hit and run.

Hilton and her rocker boyfriend have been accused of driving over a photographer’s foot as they left a nightclub and failing to stop. The photographer, Glen Gurniak, has filed a report with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department against the pair for the alleged incident on Thursday night.

It happened as Benji slowly drove away from the trendy Foxtail nightclub in West Hollywood, with Hilton in the passenger seat. Gurniak can be heard screaming on a video of the incident, which has been posted on US website TMZ.

The video also shows the alleged victim’s shoe with what looks like a tyre mark on it.

He said: “There were too many people that side of the car so he swung the wheels in my direction on the other side of the car and got my foot trapped under the wheel. I yelled at him, ’Dude, you’ve pinched my foot under the wheel, don’t drive, don’t drive.’”

“He turned and looked at me out of the window and then just drove. I fell to the floor as the car stopped and was just laying on the floor as everyone was screaming at him that he’d run me over.”

Sheriff spokesman Steve Witmore said: “The incident is currently under investigation.”

Kid Rock Lawsuit Dropped

A jury has decided to drop a lawsuit against Kid Rock which was brought on by a woman who claimed that the rock rapper man-handled her outside his Michigan recording studio. Authorities did investigate the matter but they never brought up charges against Kid. Perhaps there was just no reason to. The accuser, Kelly Ann Kozlowski, was seeking $25,000 in damages in the claim which was dismissed last Friday but her attorney says that he’s going to appeal. Naturally, Kid’s lawyer is saying that he and his client are pleased. I doubt anyone will be displeased with getting out of paying someone $25,000.

Madonna Gets Intimate with Elle

Madonna is still all over the place as she now takes the cover of the May issue of UK’s Elle. In the accompanying interview, she talks about her kids, why she married director Guy Ritchie and about some of the songs she wrote with him in mind. The Queen of Pop gets really intimate with the magazine on some parts of the interview. Here’s something you might not want to know but I’d still tell you anyway – Madonna said that “Sex with Guy is incredible!” Can someone say “too much information”? But let me guess – with all that working out she does, I bet Madonna likes it on top. I can feel the dominatrix vibe.

Britney Spears is Definitely Back to Work

By some sort of miracle, our prayers have finally been heard. Britney Spears may not be as entertaining as she was during her crazy days but at least we now know she’s not going to end up like Anna Nicole Smith. The recovering starlet made her big appearance on the comedy ‘How I Met Your Mother’ on Monday and that wasn’t the only thing that happened on Monday. It seems that she may be getting back into her music as well as Britney was spotted at the Alleycat Recording Studio in Hollywood. It looks like she’s finally getting her career back on track. Maybe it’s time to get ready for a proper comeback.

Britney’s Back in Blonde

Maybe it’s just a little change for her role in How I Met Your Mother, but I like it. Britney was seen out shopping at discount shop Forever 21 and she was sporting a new dirty blonde dew.

It’s still a little scraggly, but it’s a nice change from the dark brown locks she’s had for the longest. It makes me a little reminiscent for the old Britney.

P. Diddy to launch celebrity chauffeur service

P. Diddy is planning to launch a chauffeur service for drunken celebrities.

The music mogul wants to stop stars from drink driving after attending celebrity bashes.

A representative for the rapper said: “After partnering with Ciroc vodka, he wants to make sure everyone’s partying responsibly.” When asked what he hoped to achieve by introducing the service, P. Diddy said: “Making sure nobody gets arrested!”

In recent times a slew of stars have been convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Kiefer Sutherland, Nicole Richie and Michelle Rodriguez.

P. Diddy recently revealed he wanted to take a break from the music industry to focus on making it as an actor. He said: “I really want to do leading man kind of stuff - you know. Like jumping off of buildings and the like.”

Rihanna keeps denying that she’s dating Chris Brown but the Barbadian babe finds herself in the arms of her boyfriend at photographer Peter Beard’s party at VIP Club in Paris, France just this past weekend. The 20-year old singer and the 18-year old R&B crooner continued their snuggling all through the night with kissing, cuddling, dancing, taking photos of each other and playing with sparklers. A source told Us Weekly that the two were aware that they were being watched but just couldn’t keep their hands off each other. If people still don’t believe that they are together, this should be the final nail in the coffin. It’s now a complete fact.

Here’s another celebrity spawn trying to make it famous like her parents. Frances Bean Cobain is following in her parents’ footsteps, just not in the music industry. Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s daughter is dipping her toe into the modeling industry. The rock and roll royalty offspring is featured in the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar where she recreates scenes from the films ‘Evita’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Grease’. Here’s to hoping that she won’t turn out like annoying potato head also known as Rumer Willis. But Frances is way too cool for that so I’m sure she wouldn’t.

Club LAX in Las Vegas was poppin’ over the weekend as Paris Hilton, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado were just a few of the thick crowd of celebrities getting an early start to their new year. That is, until Kevin Federline came in and ruined it all for them.

The backup dancer turned wannabe rapper thought it was a good idea to grab the mic in an attempt to get the party jump even higher but all he did was spew a loud heaping load of amped up annoyance which caused clubgoers to flee for the exits. And just what is he doing with Paris? What would Britney say?

It is that time of year. Everyone is making resolutions, clearing out closets and revealing secrets so that they can enter the New Year with a fresh start.

That’s exactly what Milo Ventimiglia has done at the pre-Christmas Water Grill party in L.A. For some unknown reason the man has denied for weeks that he is dating Heroes stunner Hayden Panettiere; which is beyond me. All the men I know would be screaming it from the rooftops – she’s gorgeous!

Anyway he has finally broke his denial, and was heard gushing about his new lover. An eyewitnesses said, “He called her his girlfriend and said that he loved her.”

Huge change of tune but about time too – they make a lovely couple and he ought to be proud to say such things. Let’s hope they have a Happy New Year.

Britney Spears Gets Rejected

Ever since Britney Spears got into the heated custody battle for her sons, the Four Seasons Hotel became her second home. But it seems that the management may be fed up with the pop wreck’s constant drama because they actually denied her from entering the parking garage last night. See! Some people still have sense.

Britney rolled up to the garage in her white convertible where she was repeatedly told “You’re not authorized to come in here”. The baffled pop star then pulled a smooth 8-point turn and exclaimed “Party at my house tonight” before heading over to the front entrance.

Watch out for the time when gas stations would stop selling her cigarettes.

Britney Rolls Out

Britney Spears was a no show to her deposition on Wednesday and said she was too sick to actually go. But she looked just fine when paparazzi caught her driving around until 2 in the morning on Thursday.

Cameras caught the pop wreck and an unidentified assistant leaving the Four Seasons and heading to a gas station. When she was asked why she missed her very important deposition on Wednesday morning, she didn’t answer. When asked how she was doing, she said “Just fine.” So why the no show? After filling up her tank with $50 worth of gas at the 76, she went to another gas station on Sunset. Why would you go to 2 gas stations the same night?

Madonna on diet to GAIN weight

We are so used to hearing about, and seeing, how thin and gorgeous all the popstars, glamour models and actresses are these days. Usually there is a story about a miracle diet or extensive surgery behind the stunning figures; and it makes us average women, who were quite happy with ourselves before, feel fat and frumpy.But now Madonna reveals that she has begun to eat porridge in a bid to GAIN weight. Apparently hubby Guy Ritchie was worried that she was looking gaunt and too thin; so Madge took advice from Sting’s wife Trudi Styler, who suggested that the healthy breakfast could improve her skin and take up to 10 years of her appearance.

Hurrah! Finally a story that doesn’t say “eat lettuce and carrots for 6 months to look fab” Curvy, healthy looking figures are much better than stick insects anyway. You go girl!

Britney Spears is a Thief

If her bank account is anything to go by, Britney Spears certainly has the ability to buy whatever she wants. But for some reason, the pop wreck decided to steal a disposable lighter from a gas station this past week.

Britney spent most of her day driving the paparazzi around in circles and when she decided to stop at a gas station for some gum, she went back for a lighter and just snatched it off a display. It would have been fine if she just said that she forgot to pay for it but she actually turned to the paps following her and yelled “I stole something. Oh I’m bad. Ohhh!” Stupid.

Jennifer Love Hewitt Responds

It was really only a matter of time before she spoke up. Who wouldn’t after bikini shots surfaced online with some not-so-nice comments to go with them? If you missed the pic, you are one of the lucky ones.

Jennifer finally had enough of the remarks about her “cottage cheese bikini” or her big a$$, so she decided to respond. She headed to her own personal blog to give her side (as if we hadn’t seen enough) of the story.

She writes, “I’ve sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women’s bodies are constantly scrutinized. A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn’t make you beautiful.”

Jennifer went on to say, “What I should be doing in celebrating some of the best days of my life and my engagement to the man of my dreams, instead of having to deal with photographers taking invasive pictures from bad angles.”

She finished with a call to action for the ladies, “To all girls with butts, boobs, hips, and a waist, put on a bikini - put it on and stay strong.”

Jessica Simpson Unavailable

Awe sorry lads; I am afraid that if you have been holding a torch for busty Jessica Simpson and thought you actually had a chance as she has been single of late then you are in for big disappointment. It appears the rumours regarding Jess dating Tony Romo – an American Footballer for the Dallas Cowboys no less – are all true. The pair were spotted and snapped by the press looking very comfortable in each others company.

It was a friend’s birthday party the couple were attending where a source said, “They were talking the entire time and Jessica was very giggly around him. She had a great big grin from ear to ear the entire evening.”

But it gets even sweeter. Turns out Tony has had a crush on our Jess for some time; even admitting on his website that he would love to date her. He is good friends with her Dad; who is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and when Jessica visited Dallas to record some of her new album, Joe did the gentlemanly thing and asked Daddy for permission to take out his daughter. Splitsville for Lohan and Giles

Lindsay checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah to seek treatment for her addiction back in August. She checked out on October 5 and had herself a new man. Enter - Riley Giles, a snowboarder.

Her dad approved of the relationship, saying, “He’s a great, great kid. If you met him, you’d like him.” He was a potential good thing in a life that was so, well, not good. Except that sources say her friends didn’t care much for him.

But sources say he’s no longer the man for Lohan. They apparently broke up over Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully that won’t send Lindsay into some sort of alcoholic rage and ruin any progress she’s made.

A friend says she did it because she’s trying to focus on her life and her career. What she did was send him running back to Utah, trying to get back together with his EX-FIANCEE!

Lindsay has been trying to make some positive changes in her life. She’s in talks with Motown to record a new album. She is set to enter the studio next week.

Amy Winehouse’s Dad seems to be taking a leaf out of her hubby’s book in the GBH department; but all we can hear is cheering, as it is Pete Doherty who is at the receiving end.Judging on the reaction to the incident at Amy’s Brixton gig last week; it has been a long time coming and it seems people are of the “he deserved it” way of thinking.

Cab driver Mitch says he is sick of bad boys leading his daughter astray, and upon meeting Pete backstage he told him to leave Amy alone, saying that he was the last person she needs at moment. One onlooker said “Pete was smirking until Mitch turned round and hit him with a guitar”

Hurrah! Finally Doherty got what he deserved. Now perhaps Amy’s family can concentrate on her; because judging by the state of her last week she definitely requires some TLC.

Foxy Brown is Out

The name Foxy Brown and the term good behavior are two things that you would never put together in a sentence, except maybe for this one. But somehow, someone made a different sentence with it.The rapper whose real name is Inga Marchand got herself thrown into solitary confinement for shoving another inmate and refusing to do a drug test. But she has reportedly changed and became compliant and cooperative recently which got her an out of ‘punitive segregation’ early for good behavior. She was one of four female inmates given early release out of over 20 in the unit.

I guess miracles do happen.

Boy George Hearing

The drag singer of the Culture Club Boy George was seen hastily exiting the Thames Magistrates Court in London on Friday. The former singer turned DJ appeared in court on a charge of false imprisonment on a 28-year old male escort by chaining him to a wall.

George, whose real name is George O’Dowd was ordered to stand trial for the incident which was said to have taken place in his flat on April 28. He allegedly handcuffed the escort to a bed and threatened him with sex toys.

The hearing only lasted enough time for George to confirm his name and date of birth and exited too fast for paps to get anything answered.

Bad News for Wino

Bad news came for Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder Civil on Friday. Blake’s request for bail was denied.The troubled singer’s equally troubled husband has been in jail for the most of November already and he will now be in the slammer until January 18th at the very least. That’s the schedule of the next hearing in his witness tampering case.

That sucks for him and Amy. Can they not get better lawyers? Even Paris Hilton’s lawyer would do. But then again, interfering with justice isn’t really looked at as a good thing. Blake may just as well make himself comfortable.

Two Timing Rat

Uh-oh looks like Michael Buble is going to wish he had never taken on a ‘mistress’ or whatever it is you call it these days. I keep telling you guys you should never bite off more than you can chew and NEVER take on more than one woman at a time. You always get caught eventually!

Blonde bombshell, Tiffany Bromley, has reported that she has been sleeping with Buble on and off for the past decade, despite his involvement with actress, Emily Blunt. They have even slept together in the couple’s shared apartment in Vancouver. Now that’s just wrong.

Tiffany also claims that the Canadian star suggested they take part in a threesome, and despite her reluctance attempted to convince her. It didn’t happen in the end; they just made love through the night, surrounded by Emily’s belongings.

The following morning Bromley woke and left before Michael, taking with her a designer shirt and a photograph of him sleeping naked. She claims he called her later that day furious about his shirt and that was the last she heard from him. And now she is outing him. Calling him a “rat and a cheat”; it seems she only has a problem with the morality of the situation when he stopped calling. Funny that.

Do you know that philosophy that we’re all born good and that out environment is what makes us bad? Well, Sylvia Young, the founder of the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London thinks that’s just the case for our dear troubled Amy Winehouse.

Young wrote a very passionate plea to her former pupil in hopes that the singer can and will get back on track. Young says that she was blow away when she first heard the young Wino sing and even compared her to Judy Garland and Ella Fitzgerald. But young says that “There is a danger that Amy will be better known for her personal life than for her God-given musical gifts.”

Britney’s Driving Kevin Crazy

Where’s DCS when you need them? Apparently far from the lives of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. Why trail them? They are the parents of the year.

Britney, for one, is tired of hearing just how great of a daddy Kevin is to little Sean and Jayden. Rumor has it she’s hired a private investigator to find out just HOW great. Sources close to the former couple say Kevin would regulary spoke pot and drink beer in front of their two young boys.

Brit-Brit hopes that the P.I. will be able to drag something up about Kevin that might change the courts mind regarding the welfare of her children. On October 1, Kevin was awarded full custody of the boys, and Britney was allowed to visit three times, with one of those visits being an overnight stay. She also has to provide samples twice weekly for random drug testing. These measures were put in place to provide safety for two year old Sean and one year old Jayden.

Friday, the courts restricted Britney from driving with her boys in the car after she was seen running a red light with them. The pop singer has reportedly hired a chauffeur to cart them around since the banning. Goodbye to the days of running over cop’s feet. Hello, Driving Mrs. Daisy!
