As if Britney Spears is in need of more drama right now, a Las Vegas fashion consultant is suing the pop wreck for damages in excess of $50,000 claiming that the fallen pop star stopped paying her for her services. Well that’s pretty obvious.

The lawsuit was filed on January 18 in Clark County District Court. Nancy Rosu is claiming that Brit had her buying clothes on her behalf then reimbursed her later. But in August 2007, Brit stopped paying her back. Rosu is suing for breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress and some other things. Get in line for that one.

Mel B’s Three with Eddie Murphy

Well it just shows that once is always enough when it comes to unprotected sex. It has been reported that Spice Girl Melanie B’s “passionate relationship” with Eddie Murphy was nothing like that. In fact they had sex just three times.

But incredibly that was enough to get her pregnant, crash their three-month fling and spark one of Hollywood’s biggest legal bust-ups.

A source said, “Mel might have been in love with Eddie but he was certainly not in love with her. Mel did not live at his house although she told people she did. And it wasn’t a passionate relationship. They slept together just three times. That’s why he was stunned when she announced she was pregnant after they split. He truly did not believe it was his child. As they only had sex a few times, and she’d promised she had a contraceptive coil fitted, Eddie was certain it couldn’t be his.”

However later DNA tests proved that baby Angel is in fact Eddie Murphy’s daughter. Eddy currently pays $15 000 a month towards the care of his child, but refuses to see her, as he wants nothing to do with her mother. Mel B claims all the problems would go away with the purchase of a $4.5 million mansion in Malibu plus living expenses.

Not much then. A lesson to us all - always use a condom.

Britney Spears Engaged?

It’s just a typical oddball night out for singer Britney Spears, as she pops out for a bite to eat flashing a ring on her engagement finger.

On/off boyfriend Adnan Ghalib was nowhere to be seen though, instead Britney was flanked by former assistant Carla. The star fired Carla as she suspected her of leaking information to the media.

Britney seems to have lost some weight in recent weeks. Her bloated belly seems toned and she looks in generally good shape.

But no night is normal for Britney and she made a typical mistake as she went to the loo – by entering the gents’ toilet after putting the phone down to a friend. Well it’s tame compared to some of her exploits at least.

Britney’s Flat Night Out

On her first night out since her hospital stay Britney returned to her wayward habits – driving with no lights on and wearing almost nothing on a drive to the pharmacy.

To top off the evening Spears managed to get herself a flat tyre, yet continue to drive her white Mercedes for a few miles before finally ditching the car. It was later towed away because it was blocking the highway.

Maintaining her new friendship with the paparazzi, Britney then hitched a lift back to her suite at the Four Seasons Hotel with a photographer; but not her new love Adnam Ghalib.

Brit’s Breakdown

It seems she didn’t last even a few days into the new year before she was at the bottom again. This time, though, she appears to have really put her children in danger.

Britney had a visitation with her two sons and the court appointed monitor assigned to them Thursday night. She was supposed to return the boys to ex-husband Kevin Federline at 7 pm. While the monitor put Preston in the car, Britney apparently locked herself into a bedroom with other son Jayden.

When police arrived and busted through, they said it appeared that Britney was under the influence of an unknown substance. They removed her on a gurney and the boys were later returned to K-Fed at the hospital. The boys were not harmed in any way.

Britney is now under a minimum 72-hour psychiatric watch at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. It really is a shame that someone so far at the top is now so low at the bottom. Some give the girl some help before someone gets hurt.

Spears Boys to Be Tested

KFed has always complained that Britney Spears got their kids hooked on sugar and fast food. But now, Britney’s got something to throw at Kevin’s face by accusing him of exposing the kids to marijuana. A friend of Brit’s says that the pop wreck believes that KFed smokes pot in front of the kids. This has her so upset that she’s determined to get the boys drug-tested to confirm her suspicions.If it is confirmed that Kevin has exposed the kids to marijuana, he could lose custody. But who would he lose it to? Britney? Why don’t we just put the kids up for adoption and save them thousands of dollars in therapy when they grow up?

Britney Spears Gets Rejected

Ever since Britney Spears got into the heated custody battle for her sons, the Four Seasons Hotel became her second home. But it seems that the management may be fed up with the pop wreck’s constant drama because they actually denied her from entering the parking garage last night. See! Some people still have sense.

Britney rolled up to the garage in her white convertible where she was repeatedly told “You’re not authorized to come in here”. The baffled pop star then pulled a smooth 8-point turn and exclaimed “Party at my house tonight” before heading over to the front entrance.

Watch out for the time when gas stations would stop selling her cigarettes.

Britney Rolls Out

Britney Spears was a no show to her deposition on Wednesday and said she was too sick to actually go. But she looked just fine when paparazzi caught her driving around until 2 in the morning on Thursday.

Cameras caught the pop wreck and an unidentified assistant leaving the Four Seasons and heading to a gas station. When she was asked why she missed her very important deposition on Wednesday morning, she didn’t answer. When asked how she was doing, she said “Just fine.” So why the no show? After filling up her tank with $50 worth of gas at the 76, she went to another gas station on Sunset. Why would you go to 2 gas stations the same night?

Britney Spears is a Thief

If her bank account is anything to go by, Britney Spears certainly has the ability to buy whatever she wants. But for some reason, the pop wreck decided to steal a disposable lighter from a gas station this past week.

Britney spent most of her day driving the paparazzi around in circles and when she decided to stop at a gas station for some gum, she went back for a lighter and just snatched it off a display. It would have been fine if she just said that she forgot to pay for it but she actually turned to the paps following her and yelled “I stole something. Oh I’m bad. Ohhh!” Stupid.

High School Musical Star Headed to Court

A lawsuit filed against High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens will go forward, according to a Superior Court Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow. She believes a jury should hear the case of the lawsuit brought by Hudgens’ former attorney Brian Schall.He is suing Vanessa for over $150,000 in owed legal fees. He filed a breach-of-contract suitin September. Allegedly, she agreed in October 2005 to give him 5% of her earnings as payment for his legal work. He says, because of him, she earned over $5 million.

Vanessa nullified the agreement on October 9th. California law says that a contract with a minor can be voided before they are 18 or “within a reasonable time afterward.” She turns 19 on December 14, so it will be up to a jury to decide if she acted within that reasonable time.

She returns to court on January 15.

Britney Spears is Winona Ryder

Britney Spears does a Winona Ryder and shoplifts! Eh, it’s not really that shocking. I think I’d be more shocked if she all of a sudden makes another hit and fixes up her life.

According to Us Weekly, Britney Spears tried on underwear in a porn shop and stole a wig. The pop wreck entered X-rated Hustler Store in West Hollywood before 1AM on Sunday. Britney picked up a lot of naughty underwear and wanted to try them on which is not allowed.

Britney then acted like a child and dropped her own underwear to try on some boy shorts in front of 15 people. When staff told her she had to pay for breaking store policy, she rolled her eyes but did pay for it with a credit card. As payback, she snatched a wig off a mannequin and went on her way.

Boy George Hearing

The drag singer of the Culture Club Boy George was seen hastily exiting the Thames Magistrates Court in London on Friday. The former singer turned DJ appeared in court on a charge of false imprisonment on a 28-year old male escort by chaining him to a wall.

George, whose real name is George O’Dowd was ordered to stand trial for the incident which was said to have taken place in his flat on April 28. He allegedly handcuffed the escort to a bed and threatened him with sex toys.

The hearing only lasted enough time for George to confirm his name and date of birth and exited too fast for paps to get anything answered.

Bad News for Wino

Bad news came for Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder Civil on Friday. Blake’s request for bail was denied.The troubled singer’s equally troubled husband has been in jail for the most of November already and he will now be in the slammer until January 18th at the very least. That’s the schedule of the next hearing in his witness tampering case.

That sucks for him and Amy. Can they not get better lawyers? Even Paris Hilton’s lawyer would do. But then again, interfering with justice isn’t really looked at as a good thing. Blake may just as well make himself comfortable.

Joe Francis’ jail guards gone wild

Joe Francis, the extremely wealthy produce of the adult film series Girls Gone Wild claims his prison guards gone wild on him, abusing him and disallowing him the basic inmate rights.
During a brief stay at a jail in Oklahoma, Francis claims several prison guards at the facility even threatened to tie him naked to a chair for two days if he wouldn’t stop his supposingly bad behavior. This accusation seems pretty much torn out one of his productions and makes me wonder if the celebrity millionaire isn’t just seeking some attention while waiting for his next year trial for tax fraud. Given his film series I can see how prison life is quite boring and so unlike what he is used too, I’m sure he’s bored and a lawsuit more can’t hurt him, especially when he is the one stating the charges.

Boy George Naughty Boy

The stars are forever in trouble. Drugs, traffic issues, paparazzi; there’s always some celebrity being slapped on the wrist for something these days. But today’s celeb isn’t in trouble for a simple traffic violation. Oh, no. Singer and star Boy George appeared in court this Thursday; wait for it; being charge with false imprisonment of a male escort.

Cue to snigger behind your hand. I shouldn’t really make a joke out of it but seriously. Sounds like a weird sex game to me, not a crime. What the man does behind closed doors is his own business. I can’t imagine the guy was exactly forced into the chains can you? But hey, what do we know.

The former Culture Club singer allegedly chained the man to the wall in his bedroom in East London on the 28th of April this year. He did not enter a plea and has been released on conditional bail until his next hearing in February next year. A wise word to the policemen – don’t give the man handcuffs he might think you want to play…

George Clooney gives paparazzi diving instructions

The famous actor George Clooney got very upset when some photographers were trying to take his picture while he was driving around on his bike. He left they weren’t following safety measures and that they were putting both their lives and his in great danger.
We all know he is absolutely right, the press is and has always been nosey, so why some driving rules should stop them, they bend all other rules anyway! Clooney was involved earlier this year in a motorcycle accident along with his girlfriend and they were both injured so I’m guessing now he is extra careful. For sure there will be journalists to condemn his behavior, but from my point of view he only did the right thing, maybe this way at least when dealing with him paparazzi will try to stay safe on the road.

Britney’s Driving Kevin Crazy

Where’s DCS when you need them? Apparently far from the lives of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. Why trail them? They are the parents of the year.

Britney, for one, is tired of hearing just how great of a daddy Kevin is to little Sean and Jayden. Rumor has it she’s hired a private investigator to find out just HOW great. Sources close to the former couple say Kevin would regulary spoke pot and drink beer in front of their two young boys.

Brit-Brit hopes that the P.I. will be able to drag something up about Kevin that might change the courts mind regarding the welfare of her children. On October 1, Kevin was awarded full custody of the boys, and Britney was allowed to visit three times, with one of those visits being an overnight stay. She also has to provide samples twice weekly for random drug testing. These measures were put in place to provide safety for two year old Sean and one year old Jayden.

Friday, the courts restricted Britney from driving with her boys in the car after she was seen running a red light with them. The pop singer has reportedly hired a chauffeur to cart them around since the banning. Goodbye to the days of running over cop’s feet. Hello, Driving Mrs. Daisy!

Ambulance Rushes to Wino

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse for Amy Winehouse, it actually does. Friends and family of the singer have been worried sick about her well-being after the arrest of husband Blake Fielder-Civil for attempting to interfere with a trial. And after what happened, there’s concrete reason to be worried.An ambulance was called to Amy’s home on Tuesday evening. She did not leave in the ambulance but people are saying that she was treated inside her home. The reason for the emergency call is unknown.

You have to wonder what this could mean for her British tour.

Provigil - Britney Spears

In the whole Britney Spears issue about her testing positive for drugs, another source has come out saying that the test came out positive due to Provigil.

Provigil is said to be a memory-improving and mood-brightening psychostimulant. It’s pharmacological profile is quite different from amphetamines. However, it’s also said that the drug is actually used to treat addiction to amphetamines so there’s question whether Brit actually took amphetamines.

Plus, if she’s been taking the drug for a while, why did it just now show up on the test if that is what caused the positive result? Talk about a lot of shadiness.

Amy’s Husband Gets Arrested

Just mere hours after police barged into their London home on Friday, Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake was arrested by police by attempting to ‘interfere with justice’.

A London newspaper tipped police that Blake Fielder-Civil was trying to pay witnesses to change their stories. In other words, he was plotting to fix his trial regarding the assault of a bartender. He was even planning to be flown out of the country before his hearing in hopes that the case would collapse.

A total of 5 men have been arrested in connection with the alleged conspiracy. If convicted, Blake could face a life sentence in jail.

Britney Spears Runs Red Light; Risks Custody

I think they need to leave Britney the hell alone. All you see in the magazines is bad news about her, which is perhaps fabricated. Where’s the good news? She has been a celebrity since she was like 17. If the girl wants to release some stem and party after all she’s been through, she’s an adult and I’m sure she left her children in adequate care while she went out. Give the girl a break. Pete Doherty Needs Jail Time

While Amy Winehouse bombed on her performance at the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards last Thursday, Pete Doherty surprisingly did well. I guess he was doing better. But he joked to a TV reporter at the ceremony that he was missing hard drugs. And apparently, the urge was just too much to fight.

On Friday, the rocker was caught going back on the heroin. Pete was either ratted out by a friend or he arranged to have himself videotaped in exchange for some sort of payment. The video was taken on a cell phone.

He’s had way too many chances handed to him. I say, put him in jail for a long while this time around.

Pete Doherty Captured On Video Using Heroin

Troubled British rocker Pete Doherty has been captured on video injecting himself with heroin - just hours after claiming he was drug-free. Now that’s that for calling yourself drugs free and then staring into a camera that’s taking pictures of you snorting heroin. Wonder if this is a made up video by Pete himself to show that he can make a good heroin intake lesson teaching video or then he didn’t know about the camera and has simply goofed up. Really does it make a difference if is snorts heroin or has cocaine or not. It’s his life and it solely depends upon him where he wants to take life to, hell or sobriety. Personally I care a damn even if this ass was to die while doing something like this, only what I would like is him to shoot an entire video confessing that heroin addiction has caused his death and show everyone the scars and the after effects of his addiction and then leave a message that this could be the fate of all the stars who are addicted as well like him.

Britney Spears Pulled Over By Police… Again

Britney WHO?! I can’t believe that she would think anyone could possibly give her any sympathy! If the courts are honest and do the right thing, she should never be allowed to see her children until she decides to grow up and act responsible as an adult. If I had a teenage daughter, I would discourage her from even listening to her music. When is all the immaturity going to stop? When she hurts or kills someone? Please someone put her in her place and teach her a lesson that she shall never forget like taking her kids indefinitely. We need to quit focusing on her ignorant self and focus on things that really matter. Look at our world and the mess it is in. Maybe Ms. Spears should take a trip to Iran or Kuwait (sp) and see what life is really about. Maybe she would take her kids’ life and well being more serious and want to cherish every moment and not put herself and those innocent children in harms way. My advice to you Britney is to get a real job and then a real life. See how hard it is to make it on very little and maybe you would appreciate the finer things a little bit more.

Justin Snaps at Paps

We’ve seen Jessica Biel swing an open umbrella at paparazzi and now it seems that Justin Timberlake can’t resist mixing it up with them as well.

Justin was in Brisbane on tour this past week. During lunch at an Indian restaurant, he promised fans that he’d sign autographs once he finishes his meal. A Brisbane paper is reporting that once he came out, he didn’t sign any autographs and even sneered at a photographer saying “I can’t believe they let you reproduce children.”

For the sake of all the paparazzi in the world, let’s hope that Jessica and Justin don’t reproduce.

Britney Spears Shocks Courtroom With Bizarre Outburst

Troubled singer Britney Spears shocked onlookers by launching into a bizarre outburst in court on Friday. The singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline were appearing at Los Angeles Superior Court early on Friday afternoon to testify at the latest hearing in the custody battle over their two children. The poor girl needs a break from her life. It’s tough to be Britney Spears. Everybody has a comment; if she was this or if she was that. OMG she’s ran over another a foot. There she is at bar, She showed her muff again. She is single you know, it does pay to advertise. But seriously perhaps the press should stop looking up her skirt for a payday photo. Besides, from that angle you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. It is the polite and proper thing to do is not look. At least that’s what my mama told me. What she needs most is a time out to dry out, some place by herself so she can soul search and find what Britney spears is going to do with herself in the coming future… good luck B

Ex Mr. JLo Takes a Nap

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But for the one-time Mr. Jennifer Lopez Chris Judd, he would much rather take a nap.

Chris was spotted at Drai’s Afterhours last weekend getting a little beauty rest after a long night. Chris showed up with a well-endowed brunette, ordered some drinks and promptly passed out. What a way to celebrate whatever it is that he’s working on.

Chris may just be doing himself some good with that nap of his. It’s preventing him from opening his mouth. He seems to snitch on his ex-wife JLo’s baby bump on Monday when he told People “She’s always wanted to be a mother, and now she’s going to be. I couldn’t be any happier for her.”
