Hugh Hefner has received a letter from the gran of his twin girlfriends who says she approves of their relationship.
Hef, 83, lives at the Playboy Mansion in LA with girlfriends Crystal Harris, 23, and twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon, 20.
He revealed that their gran wrote to him to give her approval.
