The actress was a guest with Conan O’Brien on the same day she received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
After talking about her new film My Sister’s Keeper, the stunning 36-year-old actress sat down on Conan’s couch to watch a performance by Peter Yorn.
After the song Don’t Wanna Cry was over, Cameron skipped up on stage to give Yorn a hug.
But millions of U.S. viewers got an extra bonus when the lightweight material of her dress flew up, exposing her backside and knickers!
