Britney Spears vs Radio Bilboard

Britney Spears is reportedly going after a radio station in Florida for using one of her bald head photos in a billboard ad. Lawyers for Spears sent a letter to Clear Channel Communications stating that they had no legal rights to use the photos without consent. Though the ad clearly had statements alluding to insanity, the radio host was disappointed in the removal of the billboards.
Apparently Britney is going to be making a comeback attempt for her fifth album. It’s surprising that she is trying to go on as if her public breakdown never happened. A simple search engine hit will turn up a whole slew of Britney’s bald head pictures as well as one of her attacking a paparazzi car. I suppose it’s understandable that she would not want her indiscretions used as fodder for someone else’s gain but what is she expecting? Oh right, a comeback.
